PURCHASE OF DPT PREPAID CARD

If you do not have DPT Prepaid Card yet, you can purchase it from our website. We will send the card out in 2 working days by Post or S.F. Express to you. In general, the delivery takes about 5 working days by Hongkong Post, and about 1-2 working days by S.F. Express.

Delivery to Hong Kong local address by Post is free of charge. Customers shall bare the full responsibility of losing items by using Hongkong Post ordinary mail service. Please also note that ordinary mails are non-traceable. If you need the delivery by S.F. Express, please choose the right option when placing the order, Courier Fee shall be paid by customer when delivery, approximately HK$30. (Details: http://www.sf-express.com/hk/en/ )

International shipping is not supported at this moment. You may contact our CS Support to check the DPT overseas agents contact and coverage.

To Purchase DPT Prepaid Card from our website, you can checkout by Credit Card, Alipay, PayMe or Octopus.

 

PURCHASE OF DATA PACKAGE

Upon arrival at your destination, insert the DPT prepaid data card into your mobile phone and turn on the ‘Data Roaming’ function, DPT will connect to the local data network within 5 minutes.

If you cannot find the corresponding data package days that fits your travel period, we suggest you to select a data package with longer period. So that your user experience will not be affected by the time difference of different countries.

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

he selling price of DPT is exclusive of tax (if applicable). Orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer’s responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery.

We may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.
